Refund policy

Shipments cannot be split or partially received; they must be accepted in full.

We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

We offer free returns, while exchanges are subject to shipping fees .

If the product has a defect and the customer requests an exchange, we will cover all shipping and exchange costs.

Once we receive the returned item at our office and verify its condition, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 2 days.

2- لا يمكن استلام الشحنات بشكل جزئي، ويجب استلامها بالكامل.

3- نوفر سياسة إرجاع واستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

4- لكي تكون مؤهلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبالتغليف الأصلي.

5- نقدم خدمة الإرجاع مجانًا، بينما يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن على عمليات الاستبدال.

6- في حال وجود عيب بالمنتج ورغبة العميل في استبداله، تتحمل الشركة كامل تكاليف الشحن
 والاستبدال

7- بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع في مقرنا والتأكد من حالته، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال مدة أقصاها يومان.
